We are a group of therapists comprised of Psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors and Clinical Social Workers. Our mission is to provide prompt, compassionate, confidential and evidence-based psychotherapy to those suffering from mental health challenges. If you’ve found yourself on our website, it may be that you are looking for help for yourself or your loved one. We invite you to look around and give us a call with any questions you may have.
Seeking help for mental health challenges can feel like a daunting task. Many people feel anxious about making the first call and deciding on a therapist. What’s worse, is after making the call, having to play phone tag! We’d like to make it as easy as possible for you to get the help you need with a therapist well suited to your specific needs. Our scheduling staff is available to personally answer the phone Monday – Friday during normal business hours. If you happen to call outside of that time frame, you will be prompted to leave a message and someone will get back to you on the next business day. You can also request an appointment online and will be contacted promptly to confirm.
It’s really that easy. We’re here. When you need us.
We aim to create a positive experience for our clients in every way. This includes quality mental health care, outstanding providers and staff, and exceptional customer service. We also offer helpful technologies that make your experience with our office even more rewarding. These technologies include phone or video sessions when requested, email and text communication, and a helpful online portal. We also offer flexible booking and rescheduling: evening and weekend appointments are available, and you can move or cancel your session with just a day’s notice.
I’m convinced my daughter is still with us because of this practice.
I have been working with Sandra and she is great. I had given up on counseling and she convinced me to give it another try. She really cares about her clients and genuinely wants them to be better. That, to me, is the most important part of how she helped.
