Counseling Intern
Ashley Redding is a counseling intern pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wayne State University. With a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan, Ashley began her career focused on research, exploring maternal mental health, nutrition, and the ways healthcare touches people’s everyday lives. Throughout this work, it became clear that the stories behind the data mattered deeply, inspiring her shift to therapy. Ashley’s journey is rooted in a deep desire to support individuals relationally, helping them navigate challenges and find healing in their unique experiences.
