“There are things about ourselves that we need to get rid of; there are things we need to change… The first thing we need to do is recognize and trust our own Inner Nature, and not lose sight of it.” ~The Tao of Pooh.
Through my clinical framework I look at the whole person, consider the factors leading into the distress or dysfunction, and come back to what matters most to you. My goal is to assist each person that I interact with to find empowerment within themselves and to advocate for their best lived experience.
As a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Masters degree in Social Work, I have over five year’s clinical experience with extensive experience with crisis intervention and crisis mitigation.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families working through situational or chronic concerns. My clinical practice is informed by psychotherapy, DBT, and mindfulness approaches. As a Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, I am also familiar with holistic therapeutic practices.
