At this time, we are pleased to report that we are eliminating our COVID vaccine requirements and mask requirements. Our offices are regularly cleaned and sanitized, and our waiting room and each office are equipped with a medical-grade H13 HEPA Air Purifier. We do ask that you refrain from in-person appointments if you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms or recently recovering from COVID.
